Reception/Waiting Room   

Respondents are welcomed, sign in and relax before the group with a selection of snacks and refreshments.

Willamette

Named after the Willamette River which flows through downtown Portland, this room is extra wide. The viewing room is tiered, seats eight to ten comfortably and has an attached lounge, with closed-circuit television, that seats six.

Columbia

Named after the Columbia River which divides Oregon and Washington, this room is extra long and has a 90 degree angle mirror for multiple viewing angles. The viewing room is one-level, seats eight to ten comfortably and has an attached lounge, with closed-circuit television, that seats six.

Deschutes

Named after the Deschutes River which flows through Eastern Oregon, this room is average sized making it ideal for one-on-ones and mini groups. The viewing room is extra large and seats ten to sixteen comfortably.

Client Office

Two client offices are available to you for private phone conversations and are equipped with Internet access.

Recruiting

Our field, which is housed on the same floor of the building, handles recruiting for both qualitative and quantitative studies. The field director and supervisors help ensure recruits of the highest quality.
